To maintain my own facial balancing and skin quality, I regularly use a combination of:

• Neuromodulators: I rotate between Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify to keep my expression smooth but natural.
• Biostimulators: I am obsessed with Sculptra! It is my go-to for building long-term collagen.
• Dermal Fillers: I use a curated selection of Juvederm and Restylane for subtle lip enhancement and structural support.
• Skin Quality: I stay consistent with Microneedling, PRP/PRF, and Laser treatments to treat the skin from every angle.

I truly believe the people who age the most gracefully do "a little bit of everything" rather than overdoing just one thing. By layering these treatments, we achieve a refreshed look that feels like you, just deeply rested and glowing.

To minimize bruising, avoid alcohol and blood thinners (like ibuprofen) for 3-5 days before your appointment. We also recommend taking Arnica tablets to ensure your Lip Filler or Under Eye PRF results look camera-ready as soon as possible.

Absolutely. Radiesse is excellent for jawline contouring and hand rejuvenation. Many of our San Diego patients combine it with Skinvive for deep hydration and a "glass skin" finish or Microneedling for improved texture.

While hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm or Restylane provide immediate volume, Sculptra is a biostimulator that works with your body to rebuild collagen over time. It’s the gold standard for global facial rejuvenation and long-lasting facial balancing.

Typically, neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport last between 3 to 4 months. For patients looking for a longer-lasting alternative for frown lines, we also offer Daxxify, which can provide results for up to 6 months in some cases.
